The Fairfield Inn & Suites, which is a Mariott brand,  is now officially open for business in Marple Township. The hotel sits adjacent to the Blue Route (I-476) along Lawrence Road nearby the Crozer-Keystone building. At the moment, rooms rates are set at roughly $180/night with a variety of suites available.

The hotel took 3 years and $15 million to develop in its location. The final product is a modern, clean and inviting option for those looking to stay in and around Marple Township. With so many local universities, wedding venues, conference centers, corporations and site facilities, guests often struggle to find adequate overnight accomodations when visiting this area. The 110-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Marple joins the recent Hilton Garden Inn in Ellis Preserve to help fulfill that market demand.

The hotel itself is only part of an ongoing development in that location. There are also plans for a gym, a grocery store, and townhouses in the future. The 30-acre parcel is a prime location to service Marple Township residents and visitors alike. The development has been praised by Marple Board of Commissioners President Joe Rufo as “exactly the type of development the township needs.”
